About Cs-plenary	English (USA)
The CS-Plenary list is designed for strategy and planning. It will explicitly comprise a forum for all civil society organisations and NGOs aiming to enhance the role and impact of civil society in and around the WSIS, and in organising together to this end. The new List is open to those that cannot, as well as those that can, attend PrepComs and the Summit. General dissemination and discussions will, of course, continue on the PrepCom 1 list (wsis-prep1@cpsr.org), the CRISInfo (cris-info@comunica.org) List and elsewhere. To post a message to all the list members, send email to cs-plenary@wsis-watch.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Cs-plenary
Subscribe to Cs-plenary by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
