Let's move one step forward from now on.

According to the report of the first CSB meeting(please, refer to the following url),

three task forces were formed and the volunteers were listed as of Feb. 21, 2003.
(If I remember it was four groups within CSB during entire Prop Com II, though.) 
Information and Outreach/Finance and budget/....

Therefore, it would be a great chance for the volunteered task force members to 
update the progress of each group cced to the plenary list. Thank you in advance.

As proposed, we also consider setting a mailing list for the task forces and archive 
the list for the sake of the transparancy.

  Urgently, we need someone to act as moderator.  There will be no filtering of messages, so the job will just be to add and subtract members (or if junk e-mails get to be a problem to deal with them).  Can I have a volunteer?  

  The moderators first job will be to update and clean up the list of Bureau e-mail addresses, and get two names and two only (if this is what we agree) from each 'family' .
