  Urgently, we need someone to act as moderator.  There will be no filtering
of messages, so the job will just be to add and subtract members (or if junk
e-mails get to be a problem to deal with them).  Can I have a volunteer?

  The moderators first job will be to update and clean up the list of Bureau
e-mail addresses, and get two names and two only (if this is what we agree)
from each 'family' .
