Thanks to all of you who spend so much time to write and to answer and to be
so productive in proposals.
I do not have so much time to read or to write. I just would like to
precise, that as we request democracy from all governments we must respect
democracy in the way we  deal with sensitive question within CS. That means
that no decision must be taken, for example on line, outside our physical
bureau meeting. That we must respect freedom of expression for every family.
I would also like to recall all of you that governments would like very much
to have one unique voice from CS, voice to present the smallest common view
as consensus from CS. We don't want that but we want the respect of
"plurirepresentativity" and  the diversity of point of view and position.
