The 11th will be a very busy day for many of us at WSIS - it is the
focal point of the Summit. I will not be able to attend a Bureau
meeting on the 11th... someone else from the Youth Caucus will attend
probably. That said, might it be possible to shift a substantial agenda
like that which Wolfgang/Networks and Coalitions present to another day
-- perhaps the 13th or 14th? (or perhaps the 12th is better as a less
preferable option), with all the documents and any ideas sent preferably
by email beforehand....
Cheers
Nick
Facilitator of the Youth Caucus

[Proposal document will be provided for comments.]

- WSIS II meeting plans (PrepCom, Regional meetings etc.)
3. Clarification on CSD bureau list archive

4. Proposal on Civil Society Bureau Secretariat within the Bureau
[Background]
CS Bureau appreciates CSD for its facilitator role between the
Executive Secretariat and the Bureau for the Summit I process.
CS Bureau believes such coordination should continue for CS's
active role in the WSIS process.
On the other hand, CS Bureau senses the need to set up inside
Bureau secreatariat to enhance legitimacy of CS Bureau and to
enhance coordination between the CS plenary, CS Content &
Theme group and the CS Bureau.
[More specific proposal is to be presented.]
5. The deliverables of the Bureau
6. Any other business.
