[Bureau] CSB Evaluation Process

Hello all,

First of all, it is great to confirm that many family focal points agree on
civil society review process. Network and Coalition family hereby
presents three processes for your discussion to move forward toward
WSIS Phase II.

1. CS Summit Phase I Review
2. Civil Society as Substantial Equal Partners in Summit Phase II.
3. Proposal of CS Bureau Secretariat (BS)

As discussed last Friday, as of today, we have a very vague idea of
future plans and Civil Society Secretariat's logistics after next January.
Recognizing the current CSD's excellent works in the phase I, we
as a bureau have to have a contigent plan in case of discontinuation
of civil society secretariat and to ensure civil society participation
in this process.
