Dear Cleare,

As I said in the Bureau meeting in Paris, there are some names from LAC region 
(Caucus LAC and Education family)  that didn't show up in the matrix produced 
in Paris. Their organisations are accredited, which is the condition to apply 
for fellowships.

And Victor Van Oeyen, ALER, Bolivia (caucus LAC) have recentlysend the formular
