[Bureau] Event booking query

Hi everyone,

I have a further query which perhaps the CSD can help to answer.

I have had a few people ask if they have to book a room for a Workshop or 
Panel Discussion at the Summit - not an 'event' , but just a meeting.  So 
my question is:

Will the CSD (presumably in discussion with the Bureau) be making rooms 
available to Working groups and others before and during the Summit to have 
workshops, panels and other activities?  The assumption is these could be 
booked much closer to the date.

OR

Must each single small event be booked now.
