[Bureau] Bulgarian participation

Dear all,
just to let you know that finally, after I sent a letter on March 11th to 
the prime minister, and the ministers of foreign affairs, european 
integration, e-government, etc., there will be a meeting of all interested 
parties about the Bulgarian participation at the WSIS.
I will be there (June 5th), and will try to arrange more active AND 
posititve for the CS participation.
Does anyone know if Bulgaria will still be a member of the drafting 
committee at the PrepCom-3? Do you think it will be good if we can arrange 
more civil society organizations to be accredited to the governmental 
delegation? This was one of my initial proposals to the live meetings of 
the Bureau in Geneva, too.
