Dear Louise,

You mention "..You have selected yourselves the fellows and you provided 
your lists."  Unfortunately, it should be an error in the information flow 
because from the only 9 fellowships that were given to people from LAC,  2 
persons are included, who are not in the list that our region sent to the 
Division.
