Dear Bureau members

As the situation is getting complicated for my organisation to be there in
december i would like to ask the secretary to include the IAMCR as alternate
focal point for the educacion and academia family.

We've been working hard all this time with Divina Frau Meigs as a team, with
contents and themes and with the bureau. So, if i cannot be there, she will
be there on behalf of our family.

Could you please add her name and e-mail to the list in the website
www.geneva2003.org and in this mailing list.

I guess you already know her because she was very active during the process.
