Yes, that's a well known way to prevent spammers. Not that you are one! 
Most probably your ISP is - either they have an open relay (everyone can 
send mail through their mail servers), or they have been open, and after 
fixing that, did not report to dsbl.org. If you visit their site, you will 
find more information, I guess.
We have similar services in the Internet Society of Bulgaria.
You may use mail.yahoo.com, they are OK, just put as "reply-to address" the 
busaniche at caminandoutopias.org.ar
