Dear All, 
 
I just have received information that the last Prep Com in Geneva was not
equipped well with the Internet posts for the participants. People were
loosing their time waiting in the long queue, and were complaining that this
is the Information Society Summit and it is ridicules that they have to face
this problem. Swiss government in order to avoid this situation decided to
increase the number of posts where people can access to Internet. 
Together with ITU and local Internet provider WSIS Secretariat have a
pleasure to announce than In Palace Expo there will be an open space where
everybody can have access to Internet during the Prep Com and Summit itself.
Please find attached picture taken two days ago during the capacity testing
period.
