[CS Bureau] Change of CT representation

The Content and Themes working group has been discussing its 
representation on the CS bureau for this coming period.

We have agreed that Steve Buckley <steve at commedia.org.uk> 
and Susanna George <susanna at isiswomen.org> will be the CT 
group's delegates to the bureau.

I therefore request you to include them on the respective mailing 
lists and remove my name.
