thanks for your message. The issue - is that the CS bureau does not
have a dispute resolution mechanism of any sort, and if you combine
that with the lack of a clear, well defined process as to what
process is needed for replacements - well, you have the impasse we
are at now.

I'll just say that there are more issued involved - some of which
have been mentioned publicaly, and others that have been sent only in
private.

this is good to hear, as it will add transparency - something clearly
lacking in general.

I do not know the issues involved , not in a way do I care. What,
personally - would be good to know is that there is a open,
transparent and ongoing dialogue taking place between a focal point
and their "family".

my personal view follows - for your case, or any other - what would
be helpful is knowing that a open consultation and outreach has been
done to come to a solution.

For me a point of reference is the Youth Caucus - that go about their
focal point selection and engagement with their constituency in a
very open and transparent fashion. It would be wonderfull if others
could follow their example.

thanks for cc'ing me. No doubt the issue of the education family, as
well as others - will be discussed at the upcoming meeting in Cape
Town.

regards

Robert
