[CS Bureau] Reminder - report from WSIS CS meeting in Berlinon Saturday

Yes, the governance list is hosted by CPSR and we would love to have the 
archives made public. Jeanette and I have tried to have this done since 
the start of the year, but CPSR staff seem to think it impossible.  If 
you can, please do.  Would be wonderful.
