Dear Renata,
Thank you for circulating CSB minutes. It would have been more appropriate to circulate draft of the minutes to attendees of the meeting first to confirm whether CSB discussion in Cape Town was properly reflected in the minutes. Can we still get the detailed notes taken by Robert/Derrick (first day) and Robert/Viola (second day)? I think it will be still helpful.
I noted "decisions taken" in the minutes and I wonder whether we have had common understanding of decision-making processes of CSB in Cape Town. I noted some of outcomes of CSB discussion and/or suggestion were translated into CSB decisions and I feel a bit confused about distinction between discussion (suggestion) and decision.
Let me remind of CSB secretariat discussion again. "Abstention was put forward regarding the finalization of CSB secretariat in Cape Town and CS plenary approval was requested by Network and Coalition Family.

Dear all,
I just realized that in the List of participants, Magaly Pazello was named under Latin America. This is an error. She made very clear during the meeting that she would make only a few ad-hoc comments with that hat, but that she was the designated focal point for gender. Please see the change.

Dear all,
We hope this message finds you well and that you made your way back home safely. Please find enclosed the draft minutes from the Cape Town meeting. As you might recall, we said to do this jointly as CONGO, NGLS and ICV. Since Viola only came back on Monday, there has now been some delay, and we apologize. But since we want to send this out to Plenary speedily, could you please give instantly your comments or corrections. If we do not hear from you, we will send it to Plenary by tomorrow noon Geneva time( 16/12/04).
We hope the meeting helped to strengthen the Bureau and our commitments and that we move forward with new energy and enthusiasm. In the meantime we wish all of you happy end-year holidays and an exciting 2005!
Ramin
