Hi Titi,

Yes, we are in contact with the Executive Secretariat and I urge all Bureau
members and Caucus Conveners from Developing Countries to fill out
fellowship application forms.

Thanks to Adam Peake who flagged the message beneath to the plenary
immediately. 

Will this Bureau be playing a leading role in this selection process - has
the Executive secretariat been in consultation with the bureau yet
Viola/Renata?  Reading through the links it says priority will be given to
Bureau members...senior members of NGO's et al.

I am in the middle of Christmas holidays in the US but will check emails to
keep on top of issues...-

"Deadline for fellowship applications: 21 January 2005
Thanks to donations from Governments a certain number of fellowships 
are available for representatives from Government and NGOs and civil 
society. Priority will be given to participants from LDCs (in 
principle one fellowship per LDC) for the second Preparatory Meeting 
of the Tunis Phase (17-25 February 2005).
