[CS Bureau] about communications to/from the Bureau

Hi.

Am I correct, this list <bureau at geneva2003.org> is for Bureau 
members, it is the working list? Only members may post and the list 
is not archived?  (No complaints about the list, I just want to be 
clear.)

When the Bureau was established another list (open and archived) was 
set up, address <bureau at wsis-cs.org>

I believe the intention was to use this second list to provide 
information about the Bureau, general matters of interest to civil 
society, to take questions and comments, etc. (things like Bureau 
meeting dates, anything not really of enough interest for plenary, 
but still of general interest that should be shared.)

There's some confusion in the Internet Governance caucus about how to 
find out what's going on in the Bureau. Could we please start to use 
this second list address <bureau at wsis-cs.org> again for information 
about meetings, etc.
