HI All

As I suggested (no negative response):

I see Liliane that you also do not copy your messages to bureau at wsis-cs.org
I hope it is just an oversight and I hope you and everyone can do this for
documentation purposes: open archive etc.

Hmmm...quite a small number (less than one third?), without any of the
regions and the rep from content and themes. (And I do not know if the reps
there will be the ones who usually attend...). In many organizations it is
one half of regular members or sometimes even 2/3.

We have not discussed the issue of "quorum" in order to take
decisions...hmmm. May I then suggest that this be treated as a caucus of
some CSB members in Geneva (i.e.. not really a "meeting" in the formal
sense), and that any decision has to go through an online process.

This will be the next best thing...

My above suggestions also apply...

Beyond the mechanics, I hope the question of financial support to CS
participation in general be one of the main points CS people will take up in
Geneva and Tunis (of New York).
