Dear Colleagues, Robert

Regarding the on going discussions, I just want to emphasize the point that 
we should try our best to involve everyone in the process and also not 
limited ourselves to physical presence, but also we should keep in mind the 
time limitations and practicalities, in face to face meeting the issues 
normally proceed faster than virtual space.

But anyway I welcome Robert's suggestion to have tel conferences and also to 
meet with each other, the problem is costs, for many of us is not easy to 
just travel and gather somewhere, visa and fund problems are there, if we 
could encourage a donor to fund a CSB plus active people meeting (workshop) 
regarding the structural reform of CS participation in WSIS process and to 
set a sample or model for future international conferences and processes, it 
would be great.

I think the high panel report on UN CS relations could a good justification 
to convince donors.


I am still working out my first draft to be shared with our WG members, but 
it takes time. Any recommendation is highly appreciated.

I also highly recommend having a like-minded virtual space. I request Robert 
to set it up, if possible, to another mailing list for our internal 
discussions, but still open to all to be a member on a non objection basis. 
And the theme is obvious, the people who believe in international human 
rights and freedom of expression.
