I would like to take this opportunity to notify everyone of the
following changes which have taken place in regards to who's on this
list:

1. Due to a request of the Cities and Local Authorities family, new
focal points have been designated:

Contact Organization: Centro Internacional de Formación de los
Agentes Locales (CIFAL)
http://www.cifalbilbao.org/

Focal Point: Joseph Sarr (jsarr at refer.sn)
Alternate: Idoia Aranburu (iaranburu at cifalbilbao.org)
Website: http://www.cifalbilbao.org

Note: This focal point for the Civil Society Bureau was
changed/updated at - PrepCom 1/Tunisia (June 23-26, 2004)

2. FDD (Alain & Louise), have been removed from the list

Reasoning: -

In a message dated May 22 (2004) , Alain Clerc from the "Fondation du
Devenir" notified the civil society bureau that FDD's role "is not
sustainable and cannot service civil society". This was taken as
their formal withdrawal from the CS Bureau organizational structure
as facilitators and "secretariat"

3. Gender Caucus - Has been consulted to ascertain who in fact will
be representing them on the CSB.

A reminder, the most up to-date information on the CSB and who's on
it, can be found at the addresses below. Pleaase let send me any
revisions, updates and/or corrections.
