I've finally got around to installing and setting up Request Tracker 
on my server - it's a very powerful email/trouble ticket handling 
tool.

In my role as CS bureau focal point for Europe, North Americam and 
the CIS region -  I'd like to use it to help track requests, 
questions and inquiries people send. With it, people who send 
questions will get an immediate reply that their message has been 
received, and be able to track who's dealing with their question..

However, before I announce it - i'd like to a small group to try it 
out and see if it in fact will be of us in the weeks and months to 
come. If you are interested , let me know and i'll send you log-in 
details.
