[CS Bureau] Civil Society presence in Tunis-financial arrangments?

Dear CSB memebers

I might be wrong, but I didnt recived any confirmation from our negotiation 
team as what is the arrangmesnt for presnce of NGOs, the approved one. What 
happneed to fellowships and is the Tunisian government is providing 
financial assistnace or any other assistants to NGOs and Family 
repsrentatives or CSB members ?

Could please somone update me in this regard?
