[CS Bureau] Information on bureau Focal points

Since we are moving towards increasing transparency - i would think it's 
a good idea to make public a bit moe details on who's who, and what they 
do.

Thus, i'd ask everyone  on the CS Bureau list to send me (privately) a 
short (1 paragraph) description of yourself, and the region and/or 
family you represent on the bureau.

I will compile the entries and post them on the CSB wiki site that i 
have at:
