[CS Bureau] Report on youth activities

Dear Civil Society Bureau members,

I'm pleased to share with you the final report and evaluation of the Youth
Creating Digital Opportunity Coalition's activities in the period January
2002-December 2003. Much of the day-to-day work of the Youth Caucus and its
facilitating organizations came under the YCDO Policy Track, so I think
you'll find the report provides a comprehensive insight into our hopes,
experiences, lessons learned and recommendations for the future. (The
section directly related to WSIS is entitled "Policy" and begins on page
4"). I hope it is also useful as a comparative tool for your own caucus and
would really appreciate your feedback!

We are also conducting an independent survey of the Youth Caucus but this is
taking a bit longer than intended. 

Finally, a video on our work is nearing final stages of post-production, and
we intend to launch it at the GKP Annual Meeting.
