[CS Bureau] CS Bureau meeting in South Africa?

Dear Renata,

As you know, I would be glad to see the CSB get together and believe a 
meeting in Cape Town early December would be good both in terms of the 
time frame and the location in order for us to move forward with the 
preparation of PrepCom 2.

As to interpretation mentioned by Joseph Sarr, if neeed be, 
ICVolunteers would be happy to help facilitate it, together with any 
logistical needs there may be (we have a representation in Cape Town).
