[CS Bureau] Re: CS Bureau Meeting in South Africa

Dear Renata, dear Colleagues,

It is great to see that the meeting in South Africa will be happening after 
all. It will be an opportunity for us to clarify some of the issues which 
have come up in the recent past and to prepare PrepCom 2 to be held in 
February 2005.

Since we have obtained a very limited number of scholarships and need to 
organize the South African meeting in only two weeks, I would like to ask 
all of you to please follow the procedure below:

1) Reserve a ticket
2) Fill in the registration form attached and return it to 
wsis at icvolunteers.org with copy to Renata (rbloem at ngocongo.org) and Olivier 
(anais_ac at yahoo.fr)
3) Wait for us to approve your travel arrangement and scholarship
4) Finalize your booking ONLY once you have received that confirmation

IMPORTANT: it will not be possible to reimburse any tickets or other 
arrangements which have not been approved ahead of time.

I look very much forward to a good Bureau meeting in South Africa.

Je suis contente de voir que la réunion en Afrique du sud aura lieu après 
tout. Elle sera une opportunité pour nous de clarifier voire résoudre un 
certain nombre de problèmes qui se sont présentés à nous ces derniers temps 
et de bien préparer le PrepCom 2 du mois de février 2005.

Comme nous avons très peu de temps et un nombre limité de bourses à notre 
disposition, il est important pour vous de suivre la démarche suivante:

1) Réserver votre billet d'avion
2) Remplir le formulaire d'inscription ci-dessous et de le renvoyer à 
wsis at icvolunteers.org avec copie à Renata (rbloem at ngocongo.org) et Olivier 
(anais_ac at yahoo.fr)
3) Attendre à ce que votre budget de voyage soit approuvé
4) Finaliser votre réservation SEULEMENT une fois que vous avez reçu notre 
approbation

IMPORTANT: il ne sera pas possible de rembourser des billets ou d'autres 
frais qui n'ont pas été approuvés auparavant.

Je me réjouis d'ores et déjà de voir un bureau aussi complet que possible 
réuni à Cape Town.
