Dear Colleagues,

For those of you who have signed up for our Cape Town to be held on 5 and 6 
December and need a visa, I urgently need you to fill in the attached form. 
Citizens from the countries below can get their tourist authorization upon 
arrival at the Johannesburg airport.

All others need to make a special visa request. If I get your information 
by tonight by the latest, I can put you on our official list.
