[CS Bureau] update about CSB meeting in Cape Town

Dear Colleagues,

I am please to inform you that things are moving forward well in terms 
of the organization of the CSB meeting next week.

However, please note that we are organizing this meeting with limited 
means and that we have to definitely close our budget. Here are no more 
additional scholarships available at this point.

As mentioned in my previous message, we will pay ONLY previously 
authorized travel expenses, as well as the hotel (booked by us) for 
normally 4 nights if not otherwise agreed (with breakfast). IMPORTANT: 
Due to budget constraints, we will however not be able to pay any per 
diems. 

Many thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

I will send you more information about the venue, hotel, etc. this 
weekend or on Monday. So keep your eyes open about new messages...

J’ai le plaisir de vous informer que les préparatifs de la réunion du 
Bureau de la société civile du SMSI prévue la semaine prochaine au Cap 
avancent bien.

Cependant, veuillez noter que nous organisons cette réunion avec des 
moyens financiers limités. Il ne sera à ce stade plus possible 
d’accorder et d’autoriser des bourses supplémentaires.

Comme mentionné dans mon message précédent, nous serons UNIQUEMENT en 
mesure de rembourser des frais de voyage autorisés auparavant, y 
compris, normalement 4 nuits d’hôtels (réservées par nous), sauf pour 
des cas particuliers où plus aurait été autorisé. IMPORTANT : Vu nos 
moyens financiers limités, il ne nous sera aucunement possible de payer 
des per diem.

Ce week-end ou lundi, je vous enverrai de plus amples informations 
concernant l’hôtel, le lieu de notre réunion et le Cap en général. 
Gardez donc vos yeux bien ouverts pour la suite
