[CS Bureau] Re: Science and Technology family whithin the CSB

Hi Viola and all

Either I was not paying 100% attention, or this matter just slipped by me (I
was also not in Tunis and the Asian reps there probably did not remind us of
this matter.) It is only now I know of this, and obviously cannot submit any
report on the 15th (today).

The Asian Family is also in transition; my repeated posts to have a
different rep for the bureau is still not resolved. In the meantime, other
pressing work constrains my ability to perform more substantial convening
roles at present. I will find out if someone is willing and able to prepare
a report.

Thanks. Just wanted to be as candid as I can.
