Dear Alan,

It is nice to hear from you. No problem for the report. It's just that we wanted to
move forward in a constructive way with the work of the bureau and all the
families associated with it. This is why the CSB at its last meeting in Tunis
outline some action points which were then presented to the plenary for
information.

Part of the work of the CSB moving forward in phase 2 includes indeed an
activity report for each family. It is not only interesting to see what the various
families have done and achieved, but the reports will also help us evaluate our
work and see how we can best move forward, consolidate achievements and
take further steps. The latter include for example suggestions of how procedure
for the various CS entities can be improved and solidified.

It would be great if all of you --who have not already done so-- could contribute
to the CSB evaluation process by submitting an activity report for your families,
lets say by the latest by 15 October.

Kind regards,

Viola
