Dear people,

My concern here is: focal points are persons chosen by their communities
of interest or are institutional representations? In the second case, I
understand Busaniche represented the Teleworking Center so a replacement
should automatically come from the center. In the first case (which I
feel is the correct one), the specific community should decide who will
replace Busaniche. Am I right on this?
