Sending an invitation on such short notice without the possibility of 
attending and/or participating virtually is unprofessional.

Having an audio feed (like the wgig & icann meetings), or even 
simplier - teleconference shows us that the those organizing the wsis 
don't realize the potential of icts to have people be able to 
collaborate.

that we should all have to get to Geneva for a meeting is - well, 
unacceptable. They haven't learned a thing.

having ranted - Please, please - someone take good minutes and send 
them back to this list and plenary as a whole.
