[CS Bureau] IG response to the wgig report (pretty well final draft)

As it might be of interest :

The internet governance caucus has , over this weekend been engaged  
in a second round of drafting to formulate its response to the WGIG  
report. By the end of day the document will be finalized and sent to  
the ITU for consideration during the upcoming preparatory meeting in  
Geneva this coming september.


Will post a copy there  when it is ready later today.
