Dear Tracy,

Thank you for your efforts to put things together for civil society orientation based on what we discussed at PrepCom II. I am dealing with a medical emergency now and I won't know whether I can attend the PrepCom III at this stage. I would not be responsive for a while (more than a week for sure but again I am not sure how long). If I can, my topic will be "Whose TLDs?"
