[CS Bureau] Listing Contact points.

Think Tanks did not submit a report by the end of
December 31 2004 so we failed the requirement to
continue as a "family". I am certainly not the
contact point.
Please make sure the list is updated or the point
of having the clearout is rather lost. Please go
back to the reports -- were they satisfactory, on
time? If yes then the family is in, if not then
it should be dropped.
I would strongly recommend some mergers of these
groups. Bureau should not be a vehicle for
interested individuals but genuine
representatives of groups of civil society
organizations.
Bertrand de la Chapelle is the Internet
governance caucus liaison, and will represent the
caucus at face to face meetings. For the list
and work between our physical meetings I think
it's best if the caucus coordinators (Jeanette
and myself) stay on the bureau list as we can
update you directly, answer questions directly,
rather than having an email go between with
Bertrand. But that would be your decision.
