Sean

I was in Tunis a couple of weeks ago and watched a presentation on
the Kram Centre layout. There were spaces allocated in the centre for
parallel events and another area outside where it is proposed to put
up tents. These were white walled with plenty of clear plastic window
space and carpets. It is clear that the venue won't contain all
requests but that the solutions are getting attention. You may recall
Beijing conferences that have had large tented areas. We don't yet
know when the parallel events announcements will be made, but I have
asked Philippe at CONGO to see if he can establish that. I can hear
that everyone is getting anxious, and quite rightly so, since there
will need to be allocations of resources of all kinds between the go
ahead and the events.

regards

Tracey
