[CS Bureau] CSB recommendation to the WSIS ES on CS fellowships for PC-3

Dear all,
I refer to the recent consultation of the CS Bureau members on the
attribution of CS fellowships for WSIS PrepCom-3. Please find below the
result of this consultation.
For LDC participants:
The CS Bureau recommended the 6 following applicants:

It was not possible to decide between the 4 last applicants since they
received the same number of recommendations.
For CS Structures members:
The Cs Bureau recommended the 5 following applicants:
Titilayo Akinsanmi
Africa (South Africa)
Youth
Olinca Marino
LAC (Mexico)
Latin America
Tracey Naughton
Africa (South Africa)
Media
Magaly Pazello
LAC (Brazil)
Gender
Sohrab Razagghi
Middle East (Iran)
Western Asia And The Middle East
If 12 or more fellowships are available, we proposed the WSIS ES to select
one or more of these applicants who received the same number of
recommendations:
Delphine Nana
Tijani Ben Jemaa
Olivier Nana Nzepa
In addition, note that this recommendation is not the final list of
attributed fellowships. The CSB Recommendation will be submitted to the WSIS
ES. We were notified that the final decision concerning fellowships will be
taken by Mr. Utsumi, SG of ITU.
The CS Plenary List will be informed as soon as possible of the CSB
consultation process, and of the CSB recommendation.
