[CS Bureau] Participation PC2 CSB Meeting

Divina,
This is just the first CSB meeting, there'll be other CSB meetings during the whole PC2. We cannot reschedule at this stage, as it is/was quite difficult to schedule them in the first place. If you have a look at the Programme, afternoon is fully booked with the Orientation Session and we wanted to get the Bureau in an informal meeting before anything else starts.
Anyway, you'll be informed on the outcomes of the first one, as it's an on-going process.
