[CS Bureau] Participation PC2 CSB Meeting

UNfortunately I will not be going to Geneva for prepcom2...

EVen more unfortunately, Angela Kuga Thas, who is our co-focal point for
Asia Pacific will also now not be going because she could not get a
fellowship...

Not sure who will represent us in CSB this time...Izumi? you Adam? other?
it is really a matter of who is able to cobble up resources to be present
there...not a very good situation to be in...

good luck to all just the same, and we are hoping the onsite reporting of
all meetings and developments will allow those of us not there to
participate virtually as much as we can
