Please find below the msg that Djilali asked me
to forward to tbe CSB list.

"Following our discussion during CSB 18 February
morning, I have the pleasure to confirm the agreement
of the CS Financing Mechanisms Working Group to
participate to the CSB. 
Djilali BENAMRANE, WG coordinator will be 
the WG representative at the CSB and 
provisionnally Francis Muguet will act
as an alternate for Monday 21 and Tuesday 22,
if for various reasons I cannot be there.

I must add that I would probably not be able to attend
the next CSB meeting on Monday, at least during all the
meeting, since I must give a speech during
the same time in the plenary.
I am acting as alternate just to help,
temporarily.  I expect that the Financing WG
is going to designate another alternate,
sooner or later.
