[CS Bureau] Participation to the CSBureau

Following our discussion during SCB of 18 February
morning, I have the pleasure to confirm the agreement
of the CS Finance Mechanism Working Group to
participate to the SCB. Djilali BENAMRANE the
coordinator will be the
representant and provisoiry Francis Muguet will acte
as alternate for Monday 21st and Tuesday 22sd, if for
different raisons i cannot be there.
