[CS Bureau] Finance WG at CSB

 It is up to the WG finance group to take into account your
 ideals and I would support the gender balance concern for the selection
 for the alternate Finance CSB seat, that I wish to leave as soon
 as possible,  as soon as Tuesday.
 My own personnal observation is that, Djilali,
 as a French speaking african fits neatly
 with ideals of geographical and linguistic diversity, it fits also
 the criteria of competence, as a retired UNDP officer.
 When speaking with Nishomoto, last Friday, it appears
  as a very credible CS representative.
 Nishimoto even contemplated that he would join  the WG group when
 he is going to retire !.

 By the way, I would suggest that you apply own gender balance ideals
 in the Family you are representing at the CSB.

  As I am sending a mail to you, I take the opportunity
  to ask you about another issue that could explain on the list :
  What is the Diplo foundation that you introduced
  as observer at the CSB and that you promoted to us at the CSB
  as "crisis & conflict resolver specialists" to play a crucial
 arbitraging role in the Civil Society. ?
