[CS Bureau] Finance WG at CSB

Dear Robert and dear all,
Thank you very much for your proposal.
Unfortunately i cannot agree with it. 
As an African, my presence in the CSB  follows
the Civil Society ideals of Geographical Balance which
is, at my point of view, badly applied now.
Be assured that during the next week, the Finance WG
is going to choose a permanent alternate according to
Gender Balance. As i noted during the friday meeting,
the gender balance seems quite OK for the overall CSB.
But, please can you let us choice person ressource we
know, we appreciate and don't try to impose us any
name.
It would be my own suggestion in return, that
you practise your own medicine, and  that your own
family should choose a main representative
and an alternate according  to the gender rule.
