Dear All, and specifically dear Sub-Committee Members of the CSB Charter,

Please see attached the Draft CSB Charter.

I kindly request you to send me all your comments by tomorrow mid-day,
keeping in mind, that this document should preferably be as concise and
comprehensive as possible for anybody, and WSIS CS newcomers, to understand
quickly and easily the purpose of this specific CS organ.
