Dear Robert

Thanks for the reminder yesterday about this. Unfortunately there was a
change of personnel at the ICFTU Geneva office last year which led to a
communications breakdown. We are now back on track. Information regarding
the CSB activities should go to esther.busser at geneva.icftu.org. Here is the
brief report from our caucus. Someone will be present tomorrow and on Friday
for the CSB meetings.
