[CS Bureau] Reminder: Draft CSB Charter

Dear All,

As a reminder, the Sub-Committee of the CSB working on its Charter, and
really all CSB members are invited to do so, is supposed to give some
feedback and their comments to the Draft CSB Charter today by noon.

So far I have received no comments.
