Sending attachments in email- well, is fine if you are in a part of 
the world with very good connectivity, but if you are not it can be a 
problem.

let's not forget that .

I would recommend that , where possible, text be copied and pasted 
from word or other documents into an email message. If the orginal 
document is needed, then we could find ways to place it in a file 
depository of some sort.
