[CS Bureau] Orientation Session on 14 February

Renate:

I am still trying to find funding to attend the PrepCom.

Regardless if I can find funding, I would like to suggest two 
possible additions to the meeting agenda:

1. Virtual participation and collaboration

-  Review of WSIS CS related websites,  blogs,  and ways to virtually 
collaboration both during the prepcom and beyond.

In terms of speakers, i would propose Derrick Cogburn (if he's 
willing),  Rik and myself.

2. Working Groups -  North America & Europe.

I would like to propose a WG / breakout session be set aside for the 
NA & European group.

As well , I do remind you that Adina has been added to the Bureau 
list. Adina, please confirm this..
